Please note that due to the national pandemic and CDC guidelines, all items
are nonexchangeable at the moment and non refundable. To have the best Simply
Sharnae’s experience, please utilize the size chart and the size of the model listed in the
item description when making a purchase. If you are unsure about your size, it is always
recommended to size up when completing online purchases. At checkout, please review
and confirm for the correct item, quantity, color, size, shipping address,
and payment information to prevent error as we are not responsible for selections and/or
incorrect information made by purchaser. As soon as the order is confirmed. We will fulfill the order within 1-3 days.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is
defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and
make it right. If you received an incorrect style or a defective item, please send pictures
and order number for tracking purposes to simply.sharnae@gmail.com within 3 days of
item being delivered and a representative will contact you to resolve the issue.
